Job description
Lyra Health, Inc is seeking a contract psychiatrist to provide evidence-based mental health care via video appointments. As part of a supportive network, you will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medications, and creating treatment plans.
The ideal candidate is a board certified MD or DO in psychiatry with an unrestricted license in Indiana. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and focus on providing culturally responsive care.
