Job description
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a contract psychiatrist to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care to children and adults within a connected provider network across the US.
The role includes intake evaluations, ongoing medication management, and coordination with therapy and coaching services. Providers must have board certification in psychiatry, an unrestricted license, and a DEA license, with a preference for in-person options and an ability to see patients in Unadilla, NY.
