I’m hiring Contract Recruiters – Immediate Need!
Trinity Total Home is looking for experienced recruiters to jump in and help support our growing Sales and Operations teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume recruiting, sourcing, and moving quickly—with the potential to turn into something long-term.
$30–$35/hour + potential monthly incentive
3–4 month contract with potential to go permanent
40 hours/week | Start ASAP
Hybrid or Remote: 2 days/week in our Wall, NJ office if you live within 45 minutes; fully remote if you live beyond that distance
Sales & Operations
Laptop, dual monitors & accessories provided
LinkedIn Recruiter seat + Indeed Smart Sourcing
ADP Recruiting Management ATS
2+ years of recruiting experience required
You’ll have the tools, resources, and active hiring needs to jump in and start recruiting right away.
