Data Collection:Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy AdultLocation: Address: 7700 Floyd Curl Dr. San Antonio, TX 78229Floor:Building: General InformationTell us about the unit(s): Pedi ED - around 30 beds, PICU - 24 beds, PIMC - 24 beds, Pedi Surg - 24 beds, Pedi Onc/BMT - 24 beds, Level 4 NICU - 92 bedsNumber of Staff - 6-12 per shiftType of staff:Day Shift - 1 Supervisor/TL, 0.5 ED, 2-4 NICU, 1.5-2 PICU, 0.5-4.5 floorsNight Shift - samePatient Ratios - 30-40 units of therapy per shiftType of equipment - Servo U ventilator with NAVA, Avea Ventilator, V60 noninvasive, Vapotherm, Blender HFNC, Vest CPT, Redbox IPV, MetaNeb, Cough Assist, Percussor CPTEMR - MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 6 months - 1 year PICU or Level 3/Level 4 NICU experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Nebulizer therapy, airway clearance, BiPAP, ventilator, HFNC, bronch assist, ABG Best personality Fit: Team player, able to work with others, flexibleREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:CRT or RRT, Texas RCP license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALSFloating Area(s):Voluntary to float to adultsDress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - olive/sage scrub top, black scrub bottom, will accept all black (olive/sage hard to find at times) Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
