Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Dialysis RN for travel / contractposition in Shelbyville, IL. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:Range $2016 to $2160 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Dialysis
Shift: 12 Hours; Days, 7a - 7.30p
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, Mon/Wed/Fri of each week. Christmas and New year week schedule is Mon/Thu/Fri. No weekends, No holidays required.
Position Requirements:
Registered Nurse: 1+ years - Required
Dialysis Nursing experience:Recent/Current 1+ years – Required
Recent/current Geriatric patient population experience - Required
Crown Web EMR experience – Highlypreferred
Prior Travel Nursing experience –Highly preferred
Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements:
ASN or an equivalent – Required
BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
RN License for State of IL - Required
BLS Certifications from AHA- Required
CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred
Copy of active/valid driver's license - Required
Job Description:
Provide nursing care for dialysis patients
Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members and dedicatedNephrologists
Collects and records relevant patient health data in the courseof/pre/post hemodialysis treatment
Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions toattain expected outcomes
Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures andreschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections
Maintains a positive and respectful attitude to all patients andcolleagues
Medication administration and documentation
