Job description
Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract assignment in a SNF/LTC setting.
The role focuses on providing skilled speech therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans for each patient. The ideal candidate will hold an active licensure or be in process, possess CPR certification, and meet the SLP-CCC credential requirement.
