Job description

Centra Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a contract assignment in Lewisville, TX. The role involves providing skilled speech therapy services in a SNF/LTC setting under physician orders and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.

The candidate must be an SLP-CCC, graduate from an accredited program, hold CPR certification, and be licensed or in the process of licensure.
