Automotive Contracts ClerkWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Contracts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of automotive contracts and related documentation.Responsibilities:Review, process, and maintain automotive contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Verify contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including invoicing, purchase orders, and amendments.Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.Assist in monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to prevent lapses and ensure timely renewals.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.Support the contract negotiation process by providing accurate information and facilitating communication between parties.Provide administrative support to the contracts management team, including data entry and reporting.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Strong experience in a contracts administration in the automotive industry.Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of contracts and tasks.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $27-$32 Per HourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:Reynolds & Reynolds: 2 years (Preferred)Contracts Clerk in Automotive industry: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
