Job description
CSL Behring is seeking a Manager, Contracts Counsel in King of Prussia, PA, in a hybrid role requiring three days onsite weekly. You will draft, review and negotiate end-to-end agreements (MSAs, NDAs, DPA, HCP agreements) and develop templates to streamline legal services for the business.
You will train Business Partners, maintain FAQ content, and serve as a liaison across Legal, Compliance and Operations to resolve issues while preserving the integrity of contracts through the CLM platform.
