The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial automation background and be comfortable supporting legacy equipment, Allen Bradley PLCs, drives, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, robotics, and automated production equipment to minimize downtime.

Diagnose electrical and controls system failures and implement corrective actions.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related industrial controls experience.

Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Allen Bradley VFDs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including any shift and 6 days per week.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
