Opportunity SnapshotWe put the unity in "opportunity."Compensation: $28.86/hourLocation: Midland, TexasAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: 7/7 Rotations (starts on a Wednesday)Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k) program, PTO & HolidaysResponsibilitiesMonitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive dataProvide daily reports comprised of total field operationsCoordinate operations activities and emergency responses as neededAssist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reportingComply with all Company policies and proceduresUnder limited supervision, assists in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnelRespond appropriately to most routine problems independentlyUses knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatches appropriate resources for problem resolutionEvaluates daily production estimates to identify production shortfalls that may be related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft or changing well conditionsUtilizes knowledge of local EHS policies as they pertain to specific operationsQualifications5 or more years of oil field experienceApplies thorough operating knowledge to complete job dutiesWorks under limited supervisionParticipates as a team member and builds on comments of othersPrioritizes routine and non routine tasks assigned by othersWilling to train in the TX Delaware fieldHigh School diploma or GED requiredThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
