We are seeking an experienced Control & SCADA Engineer to design, develop, test, and commission control systems for energy projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SCADA, PLCs, plant controls, and grid integration.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and commission SCADA, PLC, and control systems.
Configure and maintain RTUs, PLCs, and microgrid controllers.
Work with communication protocols including MODBUS, DNP3, and IEC 61850 .
Support SCADA, AGC, GMS, and related control applications.
Conduct FAT, SAT, and field commissioning.
Support grid integration and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot and improve control system performance.
Work with vendors, contractors, construction, and operations teams.
Develop technical standards and specifications.
Support energy storage, microgrid, and DERMS projects.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with SCADA, PLC programming, and plant automation.
Experience with solar, wind, or energy storage projects.
Experience with grid interconnection and control systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with DERMS and substation automation.
Knowledge of reactive power and frequency control.
