About the Opportunity A large, well established organization is looking for a Controller to lead full cycle accounting operations across a complex, multi entity structure. This is a highly visible role reporting into senior finance leadership, with real ownership over the close process, the balance sheet, and intercompany accounting, plus strong exposure to executive leadership.
What You'll Do
• Own the monthly close process and the integrity of the balance sheet
• Lead intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidations across domestic and international entities
• Partner with financial leadership on reporting, audit, and process improvement
• Develop and mentor a growing accounting team
What We're Looking For
• 7 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consolidated financial reporting
• Prior supervisory experience, ideally managing other managers
• Strong technical GAAP foundation and advanced Excel skills
• Comfort operating in a fast paced, evolving environment
