Be the face of the audit. Manage the annual audit and partner directly with the outside CPA firm to keep everything moving.
Keep the business financially buttoned up. Oversee internal controls, audit readiness, lender reporting, and debt covenant compliance.
Partner with the business, not just Finance. Work closely with operations and leadership to understand what’s driving margins, costs, and overall performance.
Have a seat at the table. Bring the financial perspective to day-to-day decisions and help improve the processes, reporting, and controls behind a growing business.
