Job description
MSH has partnered with a well-established, large-scale organization with a strong national presence and continued growth to identify a Director of Accounting & Controlling for its South Florida operations.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can do more than manage the numbers. We're looking for a strong people leader who can develop teams, drive accountability, improve processes, and partner closely with senior leadership across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Strong accounting and controllership leadership experience
Experience within a large, complex corporate environment
Deep knowledge of SOX, compliance, audits, and financial controls
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate accounting teams
Experience driving process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similarly complex environments is highly valuable
