Job description
Marriott is seeking a Controller – Food & Beverage to lead financial operations for our hotel restaurants and bars. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls for F&B, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost management, and compliance with Marriott standards. You will manage accounting staff, coordinate AP/AR and payroll, and analyze food and beverage costs, margins, and inventory. Partnering closely with operations leaders, you’ll provide insights that drive profitability and support our people-first, service-focused culture and long-term career growth.
