Controller - Fresno, CA
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
Direct daily accounting and finance operations.
Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
Manage audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
Oversee cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships.
Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
Qualifications for the Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Prior leadership and staff management experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
Experience overseeing audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
