Job description
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a highly successful, privately held company with approximately $10 million in annual revenue. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and play a key role in the Company’s next phase of growth.

The Controller will lead and personally execute key aspects of the Company’s financial operations. This is an ideal role for a hands-on finance leader who can move comfortably between the details of accounting and the broader business, while helping build the processes and infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly close, financial reporting, GL, and account reconciliations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting
Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
Help build the financial xhqgsiq infrastructure to support the Company’s continued growth
Oversee revenue recognition, project accounting, A/R, A/P, billing, collections, and payroll
Experience with a family-owned, entrepreneurial, construction, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or project-based business is a plus.
