Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Controller / Consultant for a logistics client in the Inland Empire. The Consultant will oversee daily accounting operations, lead the month end close process, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting a fast paced Distribution/ warehouse environment. This role will be located onsite in Mira Loma, CA. Responsibilities* Manage month end and year end close activities* Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation* Supervise AP, AR, and cash management functions* Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls* Support inventory accounting and warehouse related transactions* Partner with operations leadership on reporting and analysis* Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff* Drive process improvements and optimize use of Acumatica ERPQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience* Prior experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or fulfillment environments* Knoweledge of mid-tier ERP experience (Accumatica, Netsuite)* Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting* Advanced Excel skills* CPA preferredThis role is ideal for a hands on accounting leader who can quickly add value, improve processes, and maintain accurate financial reporting in a high volume operational environment.
