Represent The Hanania Way through integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Strong understanding of dealership financial statements and accounting practices.

Experience with dealership management systems and accounting software.

Strong knowledge of reconciliations, internal controls, cash management, and financial reporting.

Proven leadership and team‑development skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

Comfortable working in a brand‑new, fast‑paced dealership environment where processes are still being built.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
