Job description
A well-established, growing company in the western suburbs of Chicago is looking for a hands-on Controller to join their senior leadership team.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for Accounting, along with oversight of HR and IT. The ideal candidate will enjoy being close to the business, working directly with ownership/senior leadership, and having a real impact on financial and operational decisions.

What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing or industrial experience required
Strong US GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting skills
Experience with cash flow forecasting and internal controls
ERP experience and exposure to system conversions
This is a great opportunity for a Controller who wants to be more than just the head of accounting and have a true voice in the direction of the business.
