Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities across multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting skills, hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidations, and the ability to establish consistent accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver timely financial insights to leadership.
This individual will play a key role in overseeing the general ledger, consolidating financial statements, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization’s entities.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Entity Accounting & Consolidations
Oversee accounting operations across multiple legal entities, subsidiaries, and business units.
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, eliminations, and intercompany balancing.
Ensure consistent accounting policies, procedures, and reporting standards across all entities.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure proper allocation of shared expenses and corporate overhead.
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and communicate meaningful insights to senior leadership.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
Accounting Operations & Internal Controls
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash management.
Develop and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations.
Team Leadership
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting personnel.
Establish clear expectations, accountability, and deadlines for the accounting team.
Partner with operational leaders and executive management to support business decisions and organizational growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing multi-entity accounting and consolidations is required. xxzpjkt
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial statement preparation, and general ledger accounting.
