I'm working with a growing, entrepreneurial business in Princeton, NJ, looking to add a hands-on Controller to its team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function, work directly with the CEO, and help build efficient, scalable processes in a collaborative environment.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Direct access to the CEO and partnership with an external CFO
Ownership of the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and month-end close
Opportunity to improve processes, automate workflows, and strengthen financial reporting
Exposure to growing businesses serving the life sciences industry
What they're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong full-cycle accounting, GAAP, and month-end close knowledge
Advanced QuickBooks and solid Excel skills
A hands-on professional who can operate independently and take ownership
SaaS, subscription-based, or professional services experience is a plus
The ideal candidate enjoys being close to the business, working with leadership, and making a meaningful impact without layers of corporate bureaucracy.
