Job description
Our client is searching for a Controller to lead their accounting team. The company is very unique and has been operating for several decades. The role offers an opportunity to develop and to continue to be developed. They offer a very generous salary and a full range of benefits. Duties:
Provide leadership to the accounting team
Take ownership of the reporting and financial statements
Develop team members and play an integral role in growing the accounting department
Interact with finance and other departments
Hands on reporting and analysis when necessary
Requirements:
BS Degree in accounting
CPA a plus
10 plus years progressive accounting experience
Leadership experience
