Our Scottsdale Manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Interim Controller to provide hands-on accounting leadership with a strong emphasis on GAAP compliance and financial consolidations . This position will be on-site in their Scottsdale office.

Key Responsibilities:
Will oversee the month-end close and consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements across multiple entities
Will prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Will manage multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
Required manufacturing industry background with strong cost and inventory accounting expertise.
Experience supporting multi-site operations and manufacturing ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. xqrzhdi
