nWhat You'll Do
nnnPrepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and corporate headquarters
n
nnDevelop management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
n
nnAnalyze trends, variances, and key business drivers, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
n
nnPartner with Sales and Operations teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
n
nnSupport month-end reporting and business performance reviews
n
nnConsolidate large data sets from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting
n
nnRespond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
n
nnPresent findings and recommendations in a concise and professional manner
n
n nWhat We're Looking For
n? Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis
n? Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience
n? Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into business insights
n? Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
n? Strong written and verbal communication skills
n? Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
n? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n? Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
nPreferred Qualifications
nnnExperience supporting month-end reporting cycles
n
nnManufacturing industry experience
n
nnSAP experience
n
nnExperience working within a global or multinational organization
n
nnJapanese language skills are a plus

nThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
