Job description
Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Controls Supervisor to lead the controls and automation systems that keep our premium window and door manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll oversee PLC- and HMI-based control systems, coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and safety. You’ll guide a small technical team, collaborate with engineering and production, manage vendors and documentation, and help implement new equipment and process upgrades in our people-first, innovative environment.
