Job description
Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Supervisor to lead a hands-on team supporting automated manufacturing of premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this onsite role in Warroad, MN, you will oversee PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of controls systems to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll partner with engineering and operations on continuous improvement, mentor technicians, and drive standard work and documentation.
