Job description
Marvin is seeking a Controls Systems Supervisor to lead a team supporting automated equipment in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the reliability, programming, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, drives, and industrial networks to keep production safe, efficient, and stable. You’ll coordinate maintenance and improvement projects, develop standards, and mentor controls technicians. Collaborating with engineering, production, and safety, you’ll drive continuous improvement and support new equipment installations while modeling Marvin’s people-first, craftsmanship-focused culture.
