Job Description
This Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining electrical control systems.
Troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
Supporting equipment commissioning, upgrades, and process improvements.
Developing and modifying PLC programs and control logic.
Creating and maintaining electrical schematics and technical documentation.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Controls Engineer will have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of electrical controls experience in an industrial environment.
Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
Advanced PLC programming experience from blank projects.
Knowledge of industrial automation, sensors, and control systems.
Experience with machine safety systems and electrical standards.
Proficiency creating electrical schematics using CAD software.
Experience with servo and stepper motion control systems.
