Job description
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement HR processes and structures that support the site’s growth while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Ohio labor laws and adherence to KERN LIEBERS’ global standards
Efficient recruitment and onboarding to improve speed, quality, and employee retention
Delivering training and development programs and meeting compliance requirements
Building local talent pipelines through career centers and working closely with the CORPORATE HR department
Managing the HR information system and payroll, and collaborating with EHS on occupational safety
SHOW US YOUR EXPERTISE:
At least 5 years of professional experience in HR and a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Ohio labor law and U.S. employment practices
Experience working with expats, unions, Paylocity, 401(k), and EHS
Confident communication and collaboration across levels and regions (additional language skills are a plus)
