Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Harvard, MA is seeking a Manager, Controls Engineering to lead automated manufacturing systems for high-temperature superconducting magnets. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to translate technical strategies into actionable plans, ensuring high-quality results.
The Manager will guide the team throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to commissioning. The compensation range is between $110,000 and $185,000 annually.
