Paycom - ATS in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead the Controls Engineering team responsible for power generation equipment and control systems across development and sustaining engineering.
You will oversee gas turbine control architectures, PLC software, HMI/SCADA, and ensure standards, documentation, and release processes. Requires 10+ years in controls and 5+ years leading teams; Bachelor's degree; travel varies.
