Job description

As part of the Controls Room Team within Control Management, you will collaborate with other control disciplines to oversee existing control functions and develop new control protocols, empowering the three lines of defense with risk-based information to manage their control environment. We achieve this by collecting, analyzing, and monitoring firmwide risk-based intelligence across all lines of business and corporate functions.

The Controls Room team is seeking a Vice President Product Manager to drive and execute with cross functional teams towards the future of the Control Management technology ecosystem. We are looking for someone who has a penchant for effective communication and critical thinking, with a strategic, analytical, and energetic personality. This is a high-impact opportunity within our Control Management organization that comes with great visibility across all groups at the firm and the ability to impact thousands of employees by increasing efficiency in their day-to-day.

As a Product Manager within the Controls Room Organization, you will be instrumental in transforming the Control Management Organization by driving key elements of change through innovative technology, frameworks, and processes. Your role will focus on shaping and executing the product plan, clarifying the problem to solve, the target users, and what "success" looks like, then translating that into a prioritized roadmap with clear requirements. You will align stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, and measure results to iterate and improve the product over time.

Our development approach will be spec-driven and includes rapid prototyping, leveraging Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot (in accordance with firm-approved tooling and controls). The features we build will be AI-first, embedding intelligent assistance into core workflows from the start.

Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we’re setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.
