FitPoint Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a senior advisory role supporting the CEO and executive team. This position combines operational strategy, executive coaching, and practical improvement leadership to strengthen execution and business performance.

This role is designed for someone who can combine executive coaching with practical operational insight to help leaders make better decisions, improve execution, and support sustainable growth.

Your experience will be especially valuable if you have operated in COO, VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles and have a track record of improving business performance, leading teams, and advising senior stakeholders. This role requires someone who can engage credibly with executives, mentor leadership teams, and contribute practical insight across operations, talent, and organisational performance.
What You’ll Be Trusted To
Partner with the CEO and executive team on operational strategy, strategic planning, and execution priorities.
Assess operating models, workflows, and performance barriers;
recommend practical improvements.
Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and accountability.
Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and change adoption.
Build alignment through effective stakeholder management across operations, finance, people, compliance, and other key functions.
Support change management initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and follow-through mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For
Senior-level experience in operational leadership, consulting, transformation, or executive advisory work.
Demonstrated capability in Operational Excellence, Operational Strategy, Business Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Executive Coaching, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
Strong business judgement, facilitation, communication, and executive-stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience helping leadership teams improve operational performance, accountability, and execution.
Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel occasionally as required.
