Job description
Narinyan Search Group seeks an experienced COO to build and scale operations. This leader will run EOS or equivalent systems, drive execution across sales and recruiting, and own tool selection and workflows. The role emphasizes autonomy and strategic impact in a fast-moving, early-stage setting.
You will shape the operating cadence, recruit key talent, and scale the business while the founder focuses on growth, relationships, and strategy. Strong AI workflow capability is a plus.
