Job description
Watsonville Hospital is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations of a community-focused, nonprofit district hospital. You will report to the CEO, oversee multi-department services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive strategic initiatives.
The role requires a master’s degree in healthcare administration or MBA and 7+ years of healthcare leadership, including 3+ years in senior management.
