Job description
Oakland Promise seeks an inaugural Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the organization through a period of growth and increased complexity. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will oversee finance, operations, HR, technology, compliance, evaluation, and administration, building systems and processes to drive accountability and performance.
