Job description
IWS Family Health, based in Chicago, IL, seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations across clinical, administrative, and support functions. This role partners with the CEO to guide growth, standardize operations, and build scalable systems while maintaining the mission of compassionate, whole-person care.
The COO will drive cross-functional coordination, implement operating rigor, and ensure compliance with HRSA, HIPAA, PCMH, and payer requirements as IWS expands
