Job description
Rise Wellness is seeking a highly capable Chief Operating Officer to run the day-to-day across the Rise Wellness portfolio—spanning operations, finance, marketing execution, and people—and to serve as a trusted right hand to the CEO.
In partnership with USANA's shared operations team, this leader directs outcomes across supply chain, procurement, demand planning, inventory, and go-to-market alignment, while owning P&L and driving sustainable profitability in a lean, high-growth environment.
