Job description
John Knox Village of Florida in Pompano Beach seeks an operationally competent, resident-centered Chief Operating Officer to lead clinical and non-clinical operations. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will guide the organization toward exceptional care delivery and organizational efficiency.
The COO will assess the current structure, recommend improvements, and support initiatives to ensure a seamless resident experience across the full continuum of care.
