POSITION SUMMARY:
At Paradies Lagardère, we don’t just serve food—we create experiences. As a Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our first-class hospitality standards in a fast-paced airport environment. From national brands to local concepts, you’ll prepare, cook, and present food with precision, consistency, and pride. Your work directly impacts the guest experience, making every plate count.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and brand standards
Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
Properly store, label, and rotate food items
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with inventory, restocking, and prep planning
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Adapt to high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
Support overall kitchen operations and assist where needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred
Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required by state
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in high-heat environments and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
AVAILABILITY:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
