Job description
Marriott is seeking a Cook Expeditor to support our hotel restaurant operations. In this fast-paced role, you will manage the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely service. You will check tickets, prioritize orders, verify modifications and dietary needs, and confirm presentation meets Marriott standards. Working closely with cooks and servers, you’ll communicate clearly, help with basic plating and garnishing, and maintain a clean expo line.
