Job description
Marriott is seeking a skilled Cook III for our casual dining restaurant. In this role, you will prepare and cook menu items to brand standards, maintain high food quality and presentation, and ensure strict food safety and sanitation. You’ll manage your station, support prep and batch cooking, and coordinate with servers and kitchen team to deliver timely, consistent dishes. You will help train junior staff, monitor inventory and rotation, and support menu changes.
