What You'll Do:

* Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menus and dietary guidelines

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

* Complete USDA paperwork and ensure food safety compliance

* Assist with catered events and youth engagement in meal prep

* Ability to have patience with you, maintain appropriate boundaries, and help them learn culinary skills.

Available Schedules

* Monday - Friday 11:00AM - 7:00PM with one night a month until 8:00PM.

Compensation & Benefits

* Starting Wage: $18 - $20 per hour

* Weekend shift differentials

What We're Looking For:

* Must be 21+ years old

* High school diploma or equivalent

* At least 2 years of related experience (commercial or large-scale cooking experience (preferred))

* Ability to follow recipes and maintain high sanitation standards

* Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent under stress

* Ability to implement motivational systems positively

* Basic first aid knowledge; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

* Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations

* Valid driver's license , good driving record, and current auto insurance

* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

* Team-oriented attitude and passion for serving others
