Job description
Marriott is seeking a Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations in our hotel restaurants. This role prepares ingredients, follows standardized recipes, maintains food quality and portion control, and ensures a clean, organized work station. The Prep Cook assists chefs during service, rotates and labels inventory, and adheres to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards. You’ll collaborate with a diverse culinary team, receive ongoing training, and support consistent, high-quality guest dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment with opportunities for growth.
