We're seeking a skilled and motivated Cook 2 to help prepare fresh, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, resort-style kitchen. NDM Hospitality is a family-owned company that began in food & beverage and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We're creating a new category in hospitality by combining the comfort of vacation homes with the consistency and service of world-class resorts.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef
Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and storage containers
Work multiple stations and assist team members as needed
Ensure food is cooked to proper temperature and presentation standards
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional appearance
Lift and move up to 25 lbs; stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
Qualifications High School diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years old
Food Safety Certification required (e.g., SafeStaff or ServSafe)
Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work quickly and consistently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills
