This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
No nights or weekends
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes insert up to Cookeville, Crossville, Sparta, and Celine, Tennessee
Compensation and Benefits W2 position with full benefits
Competitive compensation package
Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as insert LPC or LMFT
LCSW not considered at this time
Eligible for independent practice and billing
Minimum of 6 months experience needed as a psychotherapist
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
