Audit Senior (remote available)
$90-110k base (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus + full benefits package
Location: East Meadow, NY (fully remote considered - in office visits preferred)
We’re seeking an experienced Audit Senior who has audited Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs): homeowner associations, condominiums, and co-ops.
You’ll own a stable book of 30+ annual audits for a well-established New York CPA firm that has served its community association clients for decades.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute a book of 30+ annual CIRA audit engagements from planning through issuance
Serve HOA, condominium, co-op, and other CIRA clients
Prepare and review financial statements, audit workpapers, and related reports
Collaborate directly with clients, boards, and management teams throughout engagements
What We’re Looking For
BS in Accounting
CPA strongly preferred
4+ years of public accounting audit experience
Prior experience auditing HOAs, condominium associations, or co-ops required
Proven ability to manage a high-volume engagement load independently
Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills

35-hour standard workweek outside of busy season
Busy-season hours are paid, not absorbed into your salary like at many firms
