About the Role
Join FASTSIGNS # in Canton, OH as a Project Coordinator, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our workflow. This exciting role offers you the chance to enhance customer relations while managing projects that bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate project timelines and workflows to meet client deadlines.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy.
Maintain organized project documentation and track progress.
Assist in resolving customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
Prepare and present project updates to clients and team members.
Utilize a suite of software products to streamline operations.
Support sales efforts by providing quotes and product information.
Assist in the preparation and submission of permits
Manage a suite of marketing products that generate leads
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or customer service.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
A positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
2+ years of experience in the sign and graphics industry
